The play center offers a safe place for children to successfully play. When designing the center Occupational and Physical Therapists made adaptations and adjustments to equipment to ensure all children with ranging disabilities could successfully play. In addition, with autism in mind the therapist made houses with different sensory manipulations. One house was specifically designed for lights, another for fine motor activities and manipulation, and one for tactile senses.
Other activities available are an indoor playset, simulated camp ground area, indoor pool, Wii, and forest! .
We like kids to learn by doing things themselves and provide them with an endless amount of opportunities as well as tools to explore with. Our play center is filled with toys, games, musical instruments, bounce house and an enclosed inflatable climbing wall.
