History
The idea of the barn came from Christine Monestero, an Occupational therapist and current small business owner of Theraplyace on 50th and L st. and 156th and Maple. She had a long time dream of opening a facility in the suburbs of Omaha where she could offer camps for children with special needs.
A place where children with special needs could play without having to worry about failure and an inability to use equipment. Her dream of offering a place where children can successfully play on equipment, swim, and ride horses is now a reality!
